Regarding your existent player trouble, here's what I did later trying everything. I uninstalled existent role player including the library (it doesn't matter whether you merely upgraded to the new version). Make sure you lot make a re-create of the folder "real player download" to another folder so you tin copy it back later. Information technology is in the binder "videos". In mine it is in my user name on my desktop.

Thanks for the suggestion, I tried it then had real problems reinstalling my drives, then when I installed flash player I notwithstanding have the same problem.

Hi Neil, hopefully you have recovered from the plan that YouTube video recommends; I oasis't heard of it before, and anything that cleans out the registry poses the hazard of breaking software that depends on those settings.
I sympathise RealPlayer or RealDownloader didn't work with Firefox 22 when it was released; other users take reported that, and I assume in your testing y'all accept disabled it. If not, please go ahead and do that.

Does Real thespian actually work with Firefox now considering if non then I am wasting your fourth dimension.
I accept updated flash and checked Real player is up to date. there are non crash notices at all, the folio starts to load then just freezes, I get a bulletin saying wink player non responding and practice i want to stop.

How-do-you-do Neil, I don't use RealPlayer and don't know the status on that. Ane major divergence between Windows XP and Windows 7 is that the Flash Histrion plugin uses "protected fashion" on Windows 7 (also Vista and 8) merely non on XP.

Until Firefox updated to the latest edition Real Player was working fine with the downloads etc and firefox was stable.
Is there any other software to download video clips you recommend for Firefox please.

Find Video Files and choose Existent Thespian logo to Import Music, Video and Pictures using Real Player. Click "Save" at the bottom of the window, so closeout and restart Firefox. You should see the "Download this Video" icon in YouTube videos once again and download at will. Ane caveat, information technology seems to work groovy on amateur videos and the like.
